Good morning, everyone! Are you sleepy this morning? Surprisingly, I woke up at what is really 6:00 AM, but my clock said 7:00 AM, so I just got up and figured my body must be done sleeping anyway. I'll probably be dragging later, but that's a normal thing these days, so I'll deal.
First of all, I'd like to thank you all very much for praying for me last week. I could really feel the power of prayer throughout my week. It was awesome.
So today, without further ado, I'd like to give you a rundown of my prayers and praises for this week.
Praises:
Practices for "Godspell" are going really well! I think we might actually be ready in 2 weeks. TWO WEEKS!? AHHH!
Despite my little freakout there, I have been so much less nervous this week than in previous weeks, and I know that is the power of your prayers. I was having extreme anxiety for about a month, but for the past week, I've only had quick little bouts of nerves and I haven't thought about the show nonstop, which is a good thing.
My solo for said musical is getting better and better. I'm still having a few issues, but Thursday night I had my best attempt so far, and I'm hoping to only get better.
My laptop died last week, but thankfully, despite all the money going out this year, God has provided me with the funds to pay for "emergency" situations such as that. Now, I am trying to get used to the Windows 8 system on my new laptop, but in general, I'm really pleased with my purchase and thankful that I was able to afford it.
Prayer:
Continued prayers for my song. The show is going really well, but my song still needs work and I need the confidence to do it right.
Prayers for the cast's health. One of our actors has been out all week with some kind of bronchitis, which is obviously affecting his voice. Please pray that he makes a speedy recovery and can join us again soon. Please also pray that the rest of us don't get sick!

Bless the Lord ! I am incredibly overjoyed that your felt the power of our prayers. I will continue to keep your cast/crew of Godspell! Love your praises as well, emergency funds (although) I hate spending it are well worth is and being a good steward of what you have!
