I'm sorry I've been so heavy on the theater posting lately. I guess that's what happens when it's one of the only things going on in your life, though. If you're sick of hearing me talk about the show, though, this post is for you!
As you know, I had been doing the 10 Minute Trainer program and was all like, "I can do 10 mins. every day!" Well... I'm a liar. Turns out I have been way too exhausted to get myself out of bed early in the morning the last few mornings, so I am behind... probably by about a week. GAH!
On the plus side, I weighed myself this morning and I was down a pound! Yay! That makes 4 since I really started watching and exercising. Not much, but the goal has been really to just make my current clothes fit better and tone up. If I could lose another 2-4 lbs and keep it off, I think I'd be happy. I was trying to think why I lost another pound when I haven't been exercising, but I actually really have. With all the running around and lifting I do in the show (sorry, I thought I wouldn't speak of the show), I'm totally getting a workout. I guess the key is just to not sit on the couch for hours on end... which I did on Saturday. Oh well, everybody needs a lazy day.
So, that is my excitement of this morning! Now, my goal for the day is to only drink 1 cup of coffee and no sweets. If I have to have something hot after my one cup of coffee, it is going to be decaf tea. I need the tea for my voice anyway.
What are your fitness goals? What programs have you tried, or do you just make yours up as you go along?
Yay for being down a pound! WOOHOO!:)
